- the balance when you get the keys.
- a deposit of 300€ up to 500€ according you are 4 people o more than four.

THE PRICE INCLUDES
- water, electricity and gas butane
- All the linen: bed clothes, towels
- Table sets, kitchen rags

ARE NOT included
* contribution toward cleaning costs 50€.
* central heating. 10€ to 15€ per day for the whole loft according to market price for heating oil.

CANCELLATION
-15 days before schedule you loose your 30% deposit
-30 days before schedule you get back you deposit Except for July and August, will keep back 10%.
