If you want to book:

1/step
you send a mail and specify days and how many people
if anything specially important for you
and if you are planning to take any pet along.

2/step
I confirm by mail your booking and then you send 30% of the total amount as deposit
to a bank acct.or mail it.

3/step
2 weeks before your arrival you send 50% more
 4/step
you pay the 20% left cash  when you get the key together with 50€ deposit for each key.
you get at the an inventory of all the items and sign the agreement to cover any damage you might have done.

LAST MINUTE BOOKING between 8 and 4 days
You may send an email or phone
As soon as you get confirmation you send 75% of the amount
25% left paid cash when you get the keys together witrh a deposit of 50€ per key
get the inventory and sign the agreement to cover damages you have done.

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL
If you cancel 3 weeks before your arrival you loose 20%
                     2 weeks                                               30%
                    48h                                                      35% of the amount you have been sending so far.

We deeply recommend  to take a cancellation  insurance.

We are sorry not to be able to accept credit cards till next winter.
PETS can be along only prior written agreement.
Children are under the total responsability of their parents whatever happen to them
